Welcome to the BossList Affiliate Program. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our affiliate program ("Program").

By joining the Program, you agree to adhere to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate.

Enrollment

To join the Program, you must complete an application through our affiliate platform.

We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.

Affiliate Links

▪️Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique affiliate link. You may use this link to promote our products on your website, blog, social media, or other marketing channels. Ensure the correct use of your affiliate link to accurately track sales.

Commission Structure

▪️You will earn a 30% commission on each active customer you refer, starting from your first referral.

Payment of Commissions

▪️Commissions are paid out on the 30th of each month, provided your earnings exceed $50).

▪️If your earnings do not reach $50, the amount will be rolled over to the following month, with the same $50 minimum threshold applied.

▪️You will not be paid commissions for sales from people that request refunds, chargebacks or make fraudulent purchases.

Payout Method

​▪️Commissions will only be paid via PayPal. You must have a valid PayPal account to receive payments.

Prohibited Activities

​You are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

▪️Spamming or sending unsolicited emails to promote our products.

▪️Misrepresenting our products or company.

▪️Using fraudulent methods to generate sales.

▪️Making purchases through your own affiliate link.

Termination

​▪️We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time if you breach these Terms, or if we determine your participation is not in our best interest. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

Modifications

​▪️We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

Disclaimer

​▪️We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the Program or your potential earnings. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your participation in the Program.

Governing Law

​▪️These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled by the courts in the United Kingdom.
